Housing & Dining
Moving into your first place away from home is a liberating, exciting time. And at Butler, you’ll share the experience with new roommates and neighbors, all part of a campus community that make residence halls feel more like homes.
Everything you need, right here.
Some of your best relationships will begin right here. Nearly all incoming first-year students, and most sophomores and juniors, live on campus. You’re never far from anything you need—your classes, the library, the HRC, and late-night snacks are always within walking distance.
The housing application and dining selection process will be available beginning March 15, 2024 for incoming fall 2024 first-year and transfer students. The $500 enrollment deposit must be submitted and processed in order to access the housing application. More information will be sent via email. In the meantime, explore our available housing options below.
Office of Residence Life
The Office of Residence Life is responsible for promoting and maintaining an environment on campus where students are free to develop academically and socially. Developing a sense of personal and communal responsibility and respecting the rights of others also is an important part of this program. Residence Life staff members oversee the management of Butler’s three residence halls and two apartment-style options.
